Our mission is to promote the improvement and maintenance of agricultural, environmental and social resources through responsible community cooperation and leadership.

We aim to foster -

(1) Sustainable landuse;

(2) Ecologically sustainable development;

(3) Biodiversity conservation; and

(4) A knowledgeable and involved community;

By, but not limited to, -

(5) Supporting a coordinated approach to natural resource planning;

(6) Promoting the adoption of Best Management Practices in all natural resource management;

(7) Supporting and encouraging landcare and rivercare groups in the Liverpool Plains region;

(8) Encouraging and maintaining comprehensive and integrated research activities;

(9) Partnering and collaborating with individuals, corporations and government agencies; or

(10) Establishing and maintaining a public fund to be called the Liverpool Plains Environmental Fund for the specific purpose of supporting the environmental objects/purposes of the Liverpool Plains Land Management Committee.
